Sending an inquiry or requesting a discovery call does not create a paid coaching or consulting engagement. A scheduling provider confirms appointments separately. Paid work, fees, cancellation or rescheduling rules, confidentiality, deliverables, and other obligations should be set out in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Privacy and confidential information
